| From the classroom to the boardroom, TMI is on a mission to prepare the work force of today and tomorrow to solve the problems that face our troubled planet.
Problem-solving skills are about critical thinking and a practical application of knowledge.
Yet, we live in a world that has become increasingly dependent on textbook answers instead of ingenious solutions.
| |
| The TMI solutions revolve around two core areas - Learning & Coaching.
Learning is the process that we go through to increase our knowledge. TMI uses Project-Based Learning (or Problem-Based Learning) methods to help classroom students at all age levels develop their critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
Coaching is about practical application of our knowledge. TMI applies coaching methods to enable educators and business leaders to lead the classroom and boardroom through the development and implementation of the best solutions.
| |
In an effort to take the message and the mission to the general public, TMI also provides conferences, events, and speaking engagements that promote the Project-Based Learning and Coaching models. The hope is to create an awareness that there is a better way if we just have the courage to explore it.
Explore our solutions and join our mission to: - Re-Think - Re-Train - Re-Tool - Re-Teach so that we can build a "great big beautiful tomorrow."
